Switching Careers Using the CFA

You could use the CFA Program as a means of changing occupations by pursuing it and ultimately finishing it. The CFA Program is an excellent approach to moving into a finance profession if you have realistic expectations about how long the shift will take and how much time and devotion it requires. 

Reasons People Choose to Become a CFA -After passing the level I exam and beginning the CFA Program, if you don't already have any experience in the financial business, you could look for an entry-level job. You would continue to gain experience while you complete the program. This will assist you in obtaining the 4,000 hours of relevant work experience required for CFA membership.
